Meet the management team
Yijing Shen
Founder
Yijing Shen has over 15 years of experience in business consulting and consumer insights across China and Europe. Throughout her career, she has helped numerous enterprises and government organizations better understand the Chinese market and successfully establish their presence in China.
Yijing holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She is fluent in Mandarin, English, and French.
Peter Song
Partner
Peter Song has 30 years of experience in marketing and brand management. Throughout his career, he has worked for several Fortune 500 companies and was among the first generation of international brand managers in China. His expertise lies in helping international brands successfully localize and grow in the Chinese market.
Peter graduated from Fudan University and earned his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
Michael Adick
Partner
Michael Adick has more than 25 years of professional experience in China, including management consulting, corporate training, and executive coaching for Fortune 500 companies as well as numerous German mid-sized enterprises operating in China. He possesses deep expertise in China's policy environment, business landscape, international trade, and cross-cultural management.
Michael holds an MBA from CEIBS.
Iris Zhang
Director
Iris has extensive experience helping international companies navigate complex business environments and achieve sustainable growth. She has led consulting projects spanning market entry, business strategy, and marketing and branding. With a strong client-focused approach, Iris works closely with senior executives to develop practical solutions that drive long-term business success.
